"Places & Phases" represents a collection of a dozen black and white photographs that serve as a visual diary of my internal world over the course of my past year. The artistic significance lies in how each image, stripped of color, focuses on the pure interplay of shapes and forms, mirroring the abstract and often intangible nature of my mental state at the moment of its capture. Each photograph is a unique landmark in a personal, psychological landscape, documenting a specific 'place'—a location—that resonated with a particular 'phase'—a mental state or emotional stage—I was navigating.
